​Michael Wilson FCPA

Michael has over 30 years’ experience in various aspects of accounting and business.

Experience includes time in some of Australia’s biggest corporates. Relating issues and occurrences is a big part of passing on advice. Michael’s breadth of experience provides a myriad of business anecdotes.

Michael is a past Victorian State President of CPA Australia and takes more than a passing interest in those working in the profession.

Lisa Wilson CA

Lisa has been working in the accounting profession since 1990, starting her career in Audit with KPMG, she has also had experience in several large corporates.

Proficient in the use of numerous accounting packages including MYOB, Reckon and Xero. Lisa is the primary contact for any clients needing assistance in this area.

A specialty of ours is helping clients get “audit ready”. Monthly reviews and trouble shooting for clients is another well received service we provide.

Sonia So

Sonia holds a Master of Professional Accounting from RMIT University and also currently pursuing the CPA Program.

At Wilson Business Services, she assists senior accountants with financial reporting, tax return preparation, Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF) compliance, payroll, BAS preparation, and managing day-to-day accounting operations for a diverse client base.

​Sonia also provides pro-bono accounting support for a for purpose animal rescue organisation. Beyond her professional role, she enjoys exploring food and cooking new menus, spending time with her family, reading books, and taking it easy while relaxing.

Amy Siladouangleuth

Amy has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Torrens University Australia. She joined Wilson Business Services after completing her Work Integrated Learning placement with the firm.

​At Wilson Business Services, Amy works as an Assistant Accountant and assists with a range of accounting tasks using a range of accounting software packages, including accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, month-end processes and taxation work.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys exploring new places, staying active and discovering Melbourne’s food and café scene.
