Wilson Business Services was founded in 1991 to build and support small and medium sized businesses.

​Michael Wilson FCPA

Michael has over 30 years’ experience in various aspects of accounting and business.

Experience includes time in some of Australia’s biggest corporates. Relating issues and occurrences is a big part of passing on advice. Michael’s breadth of experience provides a myriad of business anecdotes.

Michael is a past Victorian State President of CPA Australia and takes more than a passing interest in those working in the profession.

Lisa Wilson CA

Lisa has been working in the accounting profession since 1990, starting her career in Audit with KPMG, she has also had experience in several large corporates.

Proficient in the use of numerous accounting packages including MYOB, Reckon and Xero. Lisa is the primary contact for any clients needing assistance in this area.

A specialty of ours is helping clients get “audit ready”. Monthly reviews and trouble shooting for clients is another well received service we provide.

Miranda Lindsay

Miranda has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Queensland University of Technology. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Law (Honours) at the Queensland University of Technology. 

Miranda has previously worked in privately held companies where she managed accounts receivable, payable and payroll. 

At Wilson Business Services, Miranda assists senior accountants with completing payroll, month-end reporting, along with general accounting and tax returns. 

Outside of work, Miranda enjoys exploring new destinations through travel and staying active by playing pickleball.

Seline Tanengchuan

Seline holds a Master of Professional Accounting from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Assumption University, Thailand. She holds a Tax Auditor License in Thailand, with professional accounting and taxation experience dating back to 2018.

At Wilson Business Services, she assists senior accountants with financial reporting, tax return preparation, payroll, BAS preparation, and managing day-to-day accounting operations for a diverse client base.

​Beyond her professional role, Seline enjoys photography and swimming. She also runs an online photography business and regularly speaks as a freelance guest speaker on Thai tax law and accounting.
